Anna-Lucia Mackay
Anna-Lucia is Managing Director of HCM Global, widely recognised as a leading Training, Coaching & Human Capital Management company.

Educated in the United Kingdom, Middle East and Australia, Anna-Lucia holds post graduate qualifications in Business Management and Adult Education and accreditations in the fields of Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence. 

Since 1995, Anna-Lucia has consulted to numerous global corporations leading the way in Banking and Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Publishing, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Professional Services and Government sectors.

In 2012 Anna-Lucia's work was recognised by one of the country's most prestigious business awards - the Telstra Business Women's Awards and was a finalist in the Commonwealth Bank Business Owner category.   Since 2001 HCM Global has also been the recipient of numerous awards in the areas of Human Capital Management strategy and Learning and Development design excellence.

Today Anna-Lucia is an active board member of various organisations, is a writer in the field of education - and speaks nationally and internationally on best practice Management and Leadership practices, Adult Learning and Emotional Intelligence.

Sophie is a Director for Just in Time® Learning, a division of HCM Global.
Degree qualified and with ten years experience in human resources and operational business management, Sophie's experience includes work in:

Sophie's experience includes working in the fields of Banking and Finance, Communication & Technology, Direct Sales and Not-for-Profit industries.

Mary Morris
Mary has been a Lead Learning Consultant and Facilitator for HCM Global and Just in Time® Learning since 2003.

Mary holds formal qualifications in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Workplace Assessment & Training, Emotional Intelligence and Whole Brain Thinking.

Mary has worked extensively throughout Australia, Canada and the UK delivering an innovative approach to human resource development, leadership and management training, coaching and design and delivery of learning & development solutions across a wide range of industries.

Bo Hanson
Bo Hanson has been a Lead Learning Consultant and Facilitator for HCM Global and Just in Time® Learning since 2003.

Bo holds formal qualifications in Business Management (HR), Emotional Intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), DiSC, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Personality Profiling, Workplace Training and Assessment and Front Line Management.

As a Senior Learning Consultant, Facilitator and Conference speaker for HCM Global, Bo also draws on his experiences as a world-class former olympic athlete to inspire and motivate others to strive for the highest levels of performance in their chosen fields.

Geoff Bartlett

Geoff has been the Consulting Technical Writer and content editor for Just in Time® Learning and HCM Global since 2005. 

In 2009 Geoff became a Lead Consultant working within the Just in Time® Learning division as an on line instructional designer, developer and editor.

Geoff is also a Sydney based journalist, copywriter and editor. His work has appeared in publications such as: The Sydney Morning Herald, The Courier Mail, The Canberra Times, The West Australian and Australian Style.

He is the author of three books and also writes regularly for the Finance, Entertainment and Travel industries.

Andréa Westwood
Andréa has been a Consultant and Facilitator with HCM Global since 2005.

Andrea holds formal qualifications in Strategic Marketing Management, Science (Honours) and Virology.  Andrea is also a Master Trainer in Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Andrea's areas of expertise include: Adult Learning, Leadership, Recruitment, Change Managment, Career Coaching and Communciations.

Susie Mills
Susie has been a Facilitator for HCM Global since 2009.

With over 20 years Marketing experience, Susie has worked for major FMCG companies such as Glaxo SmithKline (UK), Unilever Australia, Goodman Fielder Australia and as Marketing Director for the PBL Group.

Susie's expertise lies within whole brain thinking strategies, communications, brand strategy development, portfolio management, international brand alignment, media and creative planning, acquisition and new market strategic development.

In 2009 Susie joined the Just-in-Time Learning® Team as a lead facilitator and sales and marketing specialist.

Kate Lloyd
Kate has been a Consultant with HCM Global since 2006.

She has over 15 years experience as a practicing psychologist and is highly qualified in all areas of human development.

Kate holds post graduate qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Marketing and Training in addition to a Masters in Human Resource Management and Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney.
Isabelle Phillips
Isabelle has been a Facilitator with HCM Global since 2007.

Isabelle has over 15 years experience in HR management and consulting roles across government and corporate arenas. She holds formal qualifications in Training, Coaching, Psychometrics and Type.

Her human resources management experience includes: leading learning and development divisions, managing successful recruitment businesses, implementing large-scale change management projects and facilitating leadership development in managers through training and career coaching.
Margareta Moir
Margareta has worked in Business Development, Customer Service, Management & Training for over 15 years.

She has worked for leading multi national companies in Australia and currently works within the Just-In-Time® Learning customer service team in Australia.
